INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS COACHING (IWC)
IWC is a coaching method created by César Tejedor, that will help you analyze yourself as you never did, giving you a complete vision of where you come from, where you are right now, where you want to be in a years´ time, and how are you going to make it.
I will help you to evaluate every aspect of yourself as a human being (body, mind, energy/emotions, social & natural environment), finding the root of those things that limit you, or generate unhealthy patterns in your lifestyle.
Together we will take your goals, that today might seem impossible for you to achieve, and we will break it down into small actions, as small as needed to make it achievable. Month after month and little by little, you will feel better, as you will achieve those small goals or commitments, that will make you gain energy, self-confidence and control. At the end, the sum of many little actions, make you reach your big goal, with the difference that now you have acquired the tools to understand the process, and find it meaningful, to protect yourself, to find fast resources, to strengthen your willpower, to make you stronger and keep you constant, to maintain that goal long-term, and integrate it into your daily routines.

FACE TO FACE COACHING
In the Face to Face sessions, I will travel to your city/town for a few days, and even if the coaching process is similar, the method changes, depending very much of the client’s needs. Some clients require family sessions, others want to keep it confidential, sometimes I spend a few days together with my client while the client continues with his/her normal life routines, other times we organize a private retreat, etc.
Face to Face sessions coaching, ranges from a few hours a day, to a full-time journey, depending of the client´s availability, rhythm, preferences and needs. We follow the IWC method, but as the process is tailor-made according to your personal needs, there is not a strict pattern to follow.
Travel, accommodation, and coaching fee to be covered by the client.

ONLINE COACHING
The Online is done remotely by telephone, Skype, Zoom or any other system (to be agreed with the client). During our first session, we will define the starting point, and a brief resume of some of your thoughts, worries, goals, targets, struggles, etc. I will also explain you in detail about wellness coaching and I will answer all the questions that you could have so far.
Together we will make the first brief of the road map that will take you into your journey to health and happiness. The following sessions will take minimum one hour and the normal number of sessions could go from 3 sessions to whatever is needed, depending very much of the client’s needs, and difficulty of the process.

Pack 3 sessions: 675€ (225€ /session)
